Handshake is seeking Geoscientists to contribute to an AI training project. You'll leverage your professional experience to evaluate AI models and provide feedback. No prior AI experience is required.
You have at least 4 years of professional experience in geoscience, which may include conducting geological, geochemical, or geophysical field studies. Your background equips you to evaluate and train AI models effectively, ensuring they understand the nuances of your field. You are comfortable working independently and can manage your time flexibly, averaging 5-20 hours per week. You possess strong analytical skills and can provide structured feedback that enhances AI performance in your area of expertise.
In this role, you will engage in an AI research project where your primary responsibility will be to evaluate AI models based on your professional experience. You will develop prompts that reflect your field and assess the AI's responses to ensure accuracy and relevance. Your insights will help strengthen the model's understanding of workplace tasks and language, contributing to the advancement of AI in geoscience. You will work asynchronously, allowing you to balance this project with other commitments.
