Job Description

We’re looking for a Strategic Account Executive to lead new business growth at Capsule. You’ll own the full sales cycle with enterprise prospects—from discovery to close—while building the relationships and business cases that bring Capsule into the world’s leading companies. While expansion within existing accounts will remain part of your remit, your primary focus will be on winning new logos and accelerating Capsule’s trajectory.
This is a high-impact, customer-facing role where you’ll shape how the market experiences Capsule and directly influence the company’s growth story.What You’ll Do

  • Build and close net-new enterprise deals by clearly articulating Capsule’s value and differentiation

  • Lead compelling demos and discovery conversations that connect prospect needs to Capsule’s use cases

  • Create urgency and momentum in deals by driving clear next steps, proposals, and executive alignment

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with SDRs, Marketing, and Product to ensure high-quality pipeline and messaging

  • Partner with Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and early expansion opportunities

  • Deliver accurate forecasts and consistently exceed targets through disciplined pipeline management

Outcomes we’re looking for:

  • Bring in new enterprise logos that become long-term Capsule customers

  • Consistently exceed quota while maintaining clean, predictable forecasts

  • Grow current customer accounts into larger enterprise partnerships by identifying and driving expansion opportunities

  • Build multi-threaded relationships that turn first deals into multi-team adoption

  • Position Capsule as a trusted partner by bringing market insights back to the team

You Might Be a Fit If You Have:

  • 5+ years of SaaS sales experience, with a focus on enterprise accounts

  • A track record of exceeding quota and driving growth in complex sales cycles

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset - you see opportunities and take initiative

  • Bonus: experience selling to marketing, creative, or GTM teams

Compensation + Benefits

  • Salary range: $160K/320K OTE + equity
