Trust and Privacy Engineer, Devices & Services Trust, Privacy, and Accessibility (TPA)

Who you are

You have a strong background in trust and privacy engineering, with experience in architecting solutions that prioritize customer trust and privacy-by-design. You excel at navigating complex trust scenarios independently and have a proven track record of developing scalable trust frameworks for emerging technologies. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders allows you to deliver innovative solutions that balance customer trust, user experience, and business objectives. You are familiar with risk assessment and analysis, identifying and assessing customer trust, privacy, security, and accessibility risks. You understand the importance of building customer-facing capabilities that provide control and transparency while reducing trustbusting risks.

Desirable

Experience with Gen AI technologies and platforms is a plus, as is familiarity with content moderation, privacy, and accessibility standards. You have a keen interest in the latest trends in trust and privacy technologies and are eager to contribute to setting the standard for how these technologies are realized across devices and services.

What you'll do

In this role, you will support the architecting and scaling of Gen AI-powered platforms that champion trustworthy customer experiences. You will help drive the end-to-end adoption of trust and privacy solutions across Amazon, ensuring that they are the 'easy' and automatic choice for teams. Your responsibilities will include conducting risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and working closely with product teams to integrate trust and privacy considerations into their workflows. You will also collaborate with engineering teams to implement scalable solutions that enhance customer trust and privacy.

You will be instrumental in developing frameworks that guide teams in implementing trust and privacy measures effectively. Your role will involve continuous engagement with stakeholders to ensure alignment on trust objectives and to foster a culture of accountability and transparency. You will also participate in the evaluation of new technologies and methodologies that can enhance trust and privacy across Amazon's diverse set of devices and services.
