Who you are

You have a proven track record in procurement operations, ideally with experience in a public company environment. Your background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Administration, or Finance, and you are well-versed in SOX compliance. You thrive in roles that require strategic thinking and operational excellence, and you possess strong collaboration and change management skills — you can simplify complexity, build trust, and inspire teams through transformation.

You are energized by the idea of building a best-in-class, tech-enabled purchasing experience — one that gets employees in and out of Procurement as quickly and intelligently as possible. You understand the importance of balancing compliance, control, and efficiency while making Procurement a seamless, trusted partner to the business. Your ability to zoom out to reimagine the end-to-end process, then dive deep to make it real, sets you apart as a strategic operator and change agent.

Desirable

Experience with procurement technology is a significant advantage, as you will be expected to leverage innovative solutions to drive efficiency. You are comfortable working cross-functionally with teams in Finance, Legal, Risk & Compliance, and IT to drive innovation and eliminate friction in procurement processes.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead Dropbox’s Global Indirect Procurement Team, focusing on building a best-in-class employee purchasing experience that balances speed, simplicity, and compliance. You will redefine how teams engage with Procurement — simplifying policy, automating workflows, and reducing cycle times through technology. Your leadership will be crucial in designing and delivering a modern procurement framework that enhances the overall purchasing experience.

You will collaborate closely with various departments to drive innovation and ensure that Procurement acts as an accelerator for growth. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the implementation of procurement strategies that align with Dropbox's business objectives, ensuring that all procurement activities comply with internal policies and external regulations.

You will also be responsible for fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the procurement team, encouraging team members to identify opportunities for process enhancements and automation. Your role will involve mentoring and developing team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in their roles.
