Saviynt is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to drive customer loyalty and adoption of their AI-powered identity platform. You'll align offerings with customer objectives and provide strategic recommendations. This role requires experience in customer advisory services and metrics analysis.
You have a proven track record in customer success management, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a technology-driven environment. Your ability to cultivate customer loyalty and drive adoption of innovative services is key to your success. You understand the importance of aligning offerings with customer business objectives and priorities, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure their success. You are skilled in providing customer advisory services and offering strategic adoption recommendations, identifying opportunities for increased service engagement, and leveraging metrics analysis to guide customer outcomes. You are passionate about enhancing customer satisfaction and improving retention rates, and you thrive in environments where you can expand the business footprint of your organization.
Experience in identity security or related fields would be a plus, as well as familiarity with AI technologies. You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams and have excellent communication skills to effectively engage with customers and internal stakeholders. A background in metrics analysis and customer engagement strategies will help you excel in this role.
