Motion Graphics Designer

About the opportunity

We’re looking for a talented Motion Designer to join our Creative Studio in Berlin. You’ll help bring the N26 creative vision to life by producing high-quality motion across global campaigns, product experiences, and brand moments. You’ll collaborate with designers, creatives, and cross-functional partners to craft animations that elevate how the world experiences N26.

In this role, you will:

• Create polished and engaging 2D and 3D motion graphics, turning briefs and design concepts into visually impactful animations.
• Produce high-quality motion sequences including product renders, UI interactions, and environment animations.
• Develop and integrate 3D assets into motion projects, ensuring cohesive visual storytelling.
• Work across multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional craft and attention to detail.
• Collaborate closely with designers, writers, and creative leads to bring ideas to life in a thoughtful, design-driven way.
• Work with AI tools and stay up to date with the evolving motion and creative technology landscape.
• Continuously refine your craft and stay engaged with the latest motion, design, and visual trends.

 

What you need to be successful:

Background: 

• A degree in Motion Graphics, Design, 3D Animation, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of motion design experience, working for a company, agency, or similar environment.
• Strong portfolio and showreel demonstrating previous professional work across motion disciplines.

Skills: 

• Solid experience producing functional, impactful motion assets across social, content, and product-driven campaigns.
• Ability to translate design concepts into strong motion storytelling.
• Strong asset management and organisational habits.
• Excellent collaboration skills and comfort in a fast-paced creative environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop).
• 3D software experience is a must — proficiency in Cinema 4D and Redshift
• Experience with Figma.
• Ability to create storyboards, graphic layouts, and animatics.
• Able to work quickly without compromising quality.
• Fluency in English.
