You are comfortable working closely with various departments, including Sales, Customer Success, and Product Management, to align post-sales strategies and execution.
As a Manager 1 in Technical Account Management at Datadog, you will lead a team of up to 6 Technical Account Managers, providing regular one-on-one meetings, team discussions, and performance feedback. You will own and track team KPIs, focusing on scheduling, utilization, productivity, and delivery outcomes. Your role will involve partnering closely with Sales, Customer Success, Presales, Product Management, Support, and Marketing to ensure alignment in post-sales strategy and execution. You will lead customer-facing engagements when appropriate, including escalations, strategic reviews, and key account discussions. Your leadership will drive account strategy discussions focused on product adoption, ensuring that customers realize long-term value from the Datadog platform.
