Experience with limits infrastructure or risk management in financial products would be a plus. What you'll do

As the Product Lead for the Limits team, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy that enhances the limits experience for Cash App users. You will work closely with engineering and design teams to build a scalable limits infrastructure that is transparent and user-friendly. Your role will involve conducting user research to understand customer needs and pain points related to limits, ensuring that the solutions you develop address these effectively. You will collaborate with the Trust team to align product initiatives with the broader mission of fostering customer trust and safety. You will also be responsible for setting key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product features and initiatives, using data to drive continuous improvement. Engaging with stakeholders across the organization, you will communicate product updates and gather feedback to refine the product roadmap. You will lead product launches, coordinating efforts across teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption of new features.
