What you'll do

As an Account Manager at PurposeMed, you will be responsible for managing relationships with patients and healthcare partners. You will work closely with the Freddie, Frida, and Foria business units to ensure that patients receive the best possible care and support. Your role will involve coordinating with various teams to facilitate patient access to services and ensuring that all processes run smoothly. You will also be tasked with identifying opportunities for improvement in patient care and working with your team to implement changes that enhance the overall experience.
