You stay abreast of product developments and synthesize these into best practices and enablement materials for customers.

What you'll do

As a Senior Solution Architect at Contentful, you will partner with international customers and digital agencies post-sale to help them turn visionary ideas into scalable digital experiences. You will provide technical guidance and subject matter expertise, ensuring that projects succeed from inception to completion. Your role will involve creating and delivering technical enablement on product platform features, as well as offering consultative advice on specific implementation use cases.

You will conduct customer discovery sessions to identify and propose comprehensive solution designs that address complex business challenges. Your insights will not only help clients but also inform the Product Management and Engineering teams at Contentful, shaping the future direction of the platform.

In addition to direct customer impact, you will maintain a foundational understanding of the Contentful product developments, synthesizing these into best practices and workshops for customers. You will create prototypes or code examples that facilitate customer onboarding and support ongoing projects, ensuring that clients can effectively utilize the platform.

Your role will also involve leading technical and editorial training sessions, where you will empower teams to understand and leverage the full capabilities of the Contentful platform. You will be a key player in facilitating collaborative workshops that drive innovation and enhance customer satisfaction.
