What you'll do

As the Indirect Tax Manager at Agoda, you will take on the responsibility of managing all tax advisory matters related to indirect taxes. This includes overseeing compliance with VAT, sales tax, GST, and other relevant regulations. You will lead your own projects from scoping the challenges to executing and implementing solutions. Your role will involve close collaboration with the broader tax advisory team, as well as with the Product and Legal teams to navigate the evolving tax landscape for digital services. You will be expected to provide strategic advice on tax implications for various business initiatives and ensure that Agoda remains compliant with all applicable tax laws. Additionally, you will be responsible for stakeholder management, ensuring that all parties are informed and engaged throughout the process. Your expertise will be crucial in helping Agoda adapt to changes in tax regulations and maintain its competitive edge in the travel industry.
