HubSpot is hiring an Account Executive for Small Business in Madrid to drive new business through outbound selling strategies. You'll run online demos and help clients grow using HubSpot software. This role requires experience in sales and a strong understanding of HubSpot's value proposition.
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in an outbound selling environment, where you've successfully identified and pursued new business opportunities. Your experience includes working with small and mid-sized businesses, understanding their unique challenges, and providing tailored solutions that drive growth. You are comfortable running online demos and articulating the value of software solutions to potential clients. You thrive in a remote or hybrid work environment, demonstrating self-motivation and the ability to manage your time effectively. You are a strong communicator, capable of building relationships with clients and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer success. You understand the importance of customer satisfaction and are committed to helping clients achieve their goals using HubSpot's tools.
Experience with CRM software, particularly HubSpot, is a plus. Familiarity with sales methodologies and a data-driven approach to decision-making will enhance your effectiveness in this role. A background in marketing or customer service can also be beneficial, as it provides a well-rounded perspective on customer needs.
In this role, you will leverage your sales expertise to identify and engage potential clients, primarily focusing on small businesses in the Iberia region. You will conduct online demonstrations of HubSpot's software, showcasing its capabilities and how it can help businesses optimize their customer-facing teams. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing outbound sales strategies, managing your sales pipeline, and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets. You will collaborate closely with marketing and customer success teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients from initial contact through onboarding and beyond. You will also stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position HubSpot's solutions in the market.
