Contentful is seeking a Strategic Customer Success Manager to support North American Strategic Accounts. You'll guide enterprise customers through digital experience transformation and maximize their ROI on Contentful. This role requires strong relationship management skills and experience in customer success.
You have a proven track record in customer success management, ideally with 5+ years of experience working with enterprise clients. You understand the complexities of digital transformation and can navigate the intricacies of large organizations. Your ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels is key to your success. You are data-driven, using metrics to guide your strategies and ensure customer satisfaction. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with sales, engineering, and marketing teams to drive customer outcomes. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for expansion and improvement, ensuring that customers achieve their business goals through effective use of the Contentful platform.
Experience in a SaaS environment is a plus, as is familiarity with digital experience platforms. You have a knack for strategic planning and can develop success plans that align with customer objectives. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to lead business reviews and articulate value to both technical and non-technical audiences. You are comfortable with change and can adapt your approach based on customer needs and market dynamics.
In this role, you will act as the primary post-sale relationship owner for a portfolio of multinational enterprise customers. You will develop strategic success plans that align with customer business goals and drive execution against those plans. Leading quarterly and executive business reviews will be a key responsibility, where you will communicate outcomes and surface new opportunities for growth. You will guide customers through ongoing adoption of Contentful, ensuring they realize measurable impact across various metrics such as speed, performance, and operational efficiency. Your role will involve identifying and removing barriers to adoption, enabling customers to fully leverage the platform's capabilities. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment on multi-year digital experience strategies and drive customer satisfaction.
