Coupang is seeking an FP&A Analyst to manage budgeting and forecasting for their fulfillment centers. You'll work with SQL and Excel to analyze financial data and support decision-making processes. This role requires at least 5 years of experience in financial planning or business planning.
You hold a bachelor's degree, preferably in management or finance, and have at least 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or business planning. Your proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, allows you to handle complex data efficiently. You have a proven track record of leading financial projects and improving processes, contributing to effective decision-making. Your analytical skills enable you to solve problems and conduct root cause analysis effectively, especially in fast-paced environments. You are also familiar with SQL, which enhances your ability to manage and analyze data.
Experience in developing new solutions and achieving results is a plus. You thrive in dynamic settings and can adapt quickly to changes, making you an ideal candidate for this role.
In this role, you will oversee the budgeting and approval of all costs associated with the fulfillment center. You will predict and manage fixed and variable costs while establishing operational plans based on daily, weekly, and monthly customer order forecasts. Monitoring performance metrics related to costs and productivity will be a key responsibility, as will analyzing the causes of variances. You will review and approve financial, operational, equipment, and procurement contracts, ensuring they align with company goals. Additionally, you will enhance decision-making processes and overall efficiency through the development of financial models. Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including FC leaders and department heads, you will create and continuously improve performance reports, operational dashboards, and scorecards. Your insights will support executive decision-making through accurate and timely recommendations based on financial data analysis.
