The Amazon Mexico team is looking for the leader of the CFX function. We are looking for a smart and innovative leader who is self-sufficient and thrives in ambiguity, can drive results across technical and multifunctional teams, and develop a high performance organization.
Key responsibilities within the CFX space in Mexico:
- Develop a high performance team of direct reports as well as the overall product management function spanning across multiple teams.
- Coordinate the tech roadmap for Mexico DEX and NCRC and manage relationships with senior stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams worldwide.
- Lead programs such as SSD, Speed.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with ability to think big, willingness to roll up sleeves to operate in a high-energy, fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility, commitment, and a sense of humor.

- 6+ years of team management experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product- Experience engaging and influencing senior executives
