Your experience includes working directly with customers to resolve complex technical issues and enhance their overall experience. In this role, you will serve as the primary engineering contact for your customers, ensuring their support experience on Azure is seamless and effective. You will drive the resolution of critical and complex problems, working closely with Customer Success Account Managers and Cloud Solution Architects. Your responsibilities will include orchestrating deep engagements in incident management and problem management, ensuring that customer feedback is amplified within Azure Engineering. You will also support key customer projects on Azure, acting as the voice of the customer and advocating for their needs within the engineering team. Your role will involve continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to enhance the quality and reliability of Azure services.
