You are an entry-level professional eager to support employees and managers by responding to inquiries and performing transactions using documented processes and policies. You have a keen eye for detail and are committed to protecting data privacy while adhering to confidentiality requirements. You are comfortable using Human Resources shared services, platforms, and tools, and you can follow established templates to guide employees and managers effectively.
You understand the importance of operational compliance in data handling and are willing to learn relevant policies, procedures, and processes. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement based on employee feedback and are ready to share your insights on policy or process implementation. You are detail-oriented and can verify data input to ensure accuracy by following established guidelines.
In this role, you will support employees and managers by answering questions and performing transactions related to Human Resources shared services. You will input employee data into the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) database and document activities as requested. Your responsibilities will include verifying data input for accuracy and identifying discrepancies to report to subject matter experts.
You will also be responsible for uploading employee records into the Record Centre when performing data transactions. Additionally, you will document and update processes, desktop procedures, and knowledge-based content as requested. Your role will involve straightforward testing to ensure updates and changes are successfully implemented, contributing to the overall efficiency of HR operations.
