What you'll do

In this role, you will report to the Mechanic Shop Manager and be responsible for posting invoices and ordering parts for the mechanic shop. You will also perform general administrative duties such as data entry, data verification, and preparing reports and correspondence for your supervisor. Maintaining customer files and ensuring that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date will be key responsibilities.
