What you'll do

As a Senior Engineering Manager at Hudl, you will lead one or more teams within the Business Operations group, focusing on building software solutions that enhance the efficiency of Sales, Support, Billing, and Finance operations. You will define and execute strategies that align with the overall business objectives, ensuring that your teams are equipped to deliver high-quality results.

You will be responsible for guiding your teams through multiple projects, helping them prioritize tasks and manage workloads effectively. Your role will involve regular communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines. You will also track progress and outcomes, making adjustments as necessary to keep projects on track.

In addition to project management, you will play a key role in mentoring and developing your team members. You will conduct regular one-on-ones to provide feedback and support their professional growth. By fostering a culture of continuous learning, you will help your teams stay engaged and motivated.
