Your ability to build strong relationships with subcontractors and internal teams is key to driving accurate forecasting and proactive decision-making. You are comfortable with managing project financials, forecasting cash flows, and reconciling actuals, ensuring alignment between field progress and financial performance. You are also willing to travel up to 10% for company gatherings or industry events.

What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as the critical link between our construction execution teams and finance stakeholders. You will be responsible for managing project financials, ensuring that all financial aspects of the projects are accurately tracked and reported. You will forecast cash flows and reconcile actuals to maintain financial integrity throughout the project lifecycle. Your role will involve collaborating closely with various teams to ensure that project execution aligns with financial performance, allowing for proactive decision-making. You will also be tasked with building and maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors and internal teams to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
