Wealthsimple is seeking a Senior Concierge Support Specialist to provide top-tier support for Wealth Management clients. You'll act as a Subject Matter Expert and mentor junior associates. This role requires strong client management skills and a collaborative mindset.

Who you are

You have extensive experience in customer support, particularly in the financial services sector, and you understand the nuances of managing high-stakes client relationships. As a Senior Concierge Support Specialist, you are the highest level of human support for Wealthsimple’s Wealth Management clients, acting as a lead Subject Matter Expert for the team. You value collaboration and humility, and you are committed to creating an inclusive and high-performing team environment. You have a knack for mentoring junior associates, helping them refine their skills and improve service standards. Your ability to act as a strategic partner to Wealth Advisors ensures that clients receive a world-class experience.

You are detail-oriented and possess strong problem-solving skills, allowing you to handle sensitive client inquiries with care and professionalism. Your communication skills are exceptional, enabling you to convey complex information clearly and effectively to clients and team members alike. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working closely with others to achieve common goals. You are passionate about helping clients achieve financial freedom and are dedicated to making financial services more accessible and transparent.

Desirable

Experience in a fintech environment is a plus, as is familiarity with wealth management products and services. You may have a background in finance or a related field, which enhances your ability to understand client needs and provide tailored support. A proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies will serve you well in this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to Wealth Management clients, ensuring that their needs are met promptly and effectively. You will handle complex inquiries and issues, acting as the go-to resource for both clients and team members. Your expertise will guide the team in refining service standards and improving overall client satisfaction. You will also mentor junior associates, sharing your knowledge and experience to help them grow in their roles.

You will collaborate closely with Wealth Advisors to ensure that clients receive comprehensive support tailored to their unique financial situations. Your insights will contribute to the development of best practices within the Customer Experience organization, enhancing the overall service delivery model. You will participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on improving processes and client interactions.
