You have over 5 years of quota-carrying field sales experience, demonstrating a strong track record of success in driving revenue growth and managing client relationships. Your expertise in engaging with CTOs, Engineering, and IT leaders allows you to effectively communicate the value of MongoDB's solutions. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to contribute to a team that values feedback and innovation. Your experience with sales tools such as Salesforce and Sales Navigator equips you to build and manage a robust sales pipeline.
Experience in the public sector or with enterprise-level clients is a plus, as is familiarity with MongoDB's products and services. As a Senior Account Executive at MongoDB, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within an existing customer base. You will manage the full sales cycle for all MongoDB products and services, ensuring that you meet and exceed revenue targets. Your responsibilities will include prospecting into CTOs and technical end users, as well as collaborating with the sales ecosystem to drive initiatives and partnerships. You will develop and execute a strategic territory plan that aligns with MongoDB's growth objectives.
You will also be responsible for building a sales pipeline using Salesforce and Clari, maximizing your prospecting efforts with tools like Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Sendoso, and Outreach.
