Waymo is seeking a Program Manager for Enterprise Security to lead cross-functional planning and risk management for the Waymo Driver project. This role requires strong organizational skills and experience in managing complex projects.
You have a strong background in program management, ideally with experience in technology or security sectors. You excel at cross-functional collaboration and have a proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to convey project statuses and risks effectively to various audiences. You thrive in environments that require thoughtful urgency and proactive problem-solving, especially when navigating uncharted territories in project execution. You understand the importance of intellectual property in technology and are eager to take ownership of investigations and related programs. You are adaptable and can manage shifting priorities while maintaining focus on project goals.
In this role, you will produce and own the overall project schedule, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed of progress and potential risks. You will lead the Intellectual Property Investigations Program, taking full ownership of the process from inception to completion. You will collaborate closely with various teams across Waymo to structure and drive work towards the real-world deployment of the Waymo Driver. Your responsibilities will include developing status reports and process metrics that communicate risk and rollout planning to stakeholders. You will facilitate discussions and drive outcomes in the face of complex technical and operational challenges. You will also be responsible for ensuring that project timelines are met and that all deliverables align with Waymo's strategic objectives.
Waymo offers a competitive salary range of $190,000—$241,000 USD, along with eligibility for an annual bonus program and equity incentive plan. You will have access to generous company benefits, subject to eligibility requirements. The role follows a hybrid work schedule, allowing for flexibility in your work environment.
