Robinhood is hiring a Product Manager for their Advisory Platform team to set the vision and roadmap for a modern custody platform. You'll collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, and Operations to enhance the advisor experience. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation in finance.
You have a strong background in product management, ideally with experience in the financial services sector. You are a bold thinker and a sharp problem-solver, ready to tackle some of the biggest challenges in finance. Your ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, and Operations, is essential. Experience with custody platforms or investment advisory services is a plus. Familiarity with agile methodologies and product development processes will help you thrive in this role. As a Product Manager on the RIA Custody team, you will be responsible for setting the vision and roadmap for Robinhood’s custody platform. You will work closely with Engineering to ensure that the platform meets the needs of Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs) and their clients. Your role will involve conducting user research to understand the needs of advisors and translating those insights into actionable product features. You will collaborate with Design to create a seamless user experience that combines institutional-grade functionality with Robinhood’s hallmark simplicity. You will also partner with Operations to ensure that the platform is scalable and meets regulatory requirements. Your ability to define success metrics and track progress will be crucial in driving the product forward.
