What you'll do

At Hibu, you will embark on a structured training program that begins with three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of hands-on field coaching. You will learn everything necessary to succeed in digital sales, equipping you with the skills to engage clients effectively. You will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, understanding their needs, and presenting Hibu's solutions to help them grow their businesses. You will work closely with your team and mentors to develop your sales techniques and strategies, ensuring you are well-prepared to meet your targets. As you progress, you will have the opportunity to take on more responsibilities and contribute to the overall success of the sales team. What we offer

Hibu offers a competitive base salary of $40,000, with the potential for uncapped commissions that can lead to on-target earnings of $85,000-$95,000 in your first year and $95,000-$115,000 in your second year.
