Vonage is seeking an Identity & Numbering Operations Analyst to manage telecommunications inventory and ensure compliance with local regulations in the APAC region. This role involves working closely with carrier partners and regulatory teams to facilitate the provisioning of DIDs and Short Codes.
You have a strong background in telecommunications operations, ideally with experience in managing number provisioning and compliance in the APAC region. You are familiar with the regulatory landscape and understand the complexities involved in KYC and identity verification processes. Your attention to detail ensures that all operations are compliant with local laws, and you thrive in a collaborative environment where you can work closely with various stakeholders, including carrier partners and regulatory teams.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to navigate complex discussions and convey technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. You are proactive in identifying potential issues and are skilled at problem-solving, ensuring that provisioning processes run smoothly and efficiently. Your ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively makes you a valuable asset to the Identity & Numbers Operations Team.
Experience in cloud communications or carrier services is a plus, as is familiarity with API integrations and contact center solutions. You are adaptable and open to learning new technologies and processes as the industry evolves. A background in project management or operations management would also be beneficial, as it would enhance your ability to oversee provisioning projects from start to finish.
In this role, you will manage the end-to-end provisioning of Direct Inward Dialing (DIDs) and Short Codes, ensuring that all processes comply with local regulations. You will handle complex KYC and identity verification for restricted markets, working closely with the Sales team to process and implement new customer orders. Your responsibilities will also include porting numbers and maintaining accurate telecommunications inventory records.
You will collaborate with carrier partnership teams to ensure that Vonage's services meet the needs of our global customer base. This involves staying updated on regulatory changes and adapting processes accordingly to maintain compliance. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting any issues that arise during the provisioning process, working with technical teams to resolve them efficiently.
Your role will require you to analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement, contributing to the overall success of Vonage's carrier services. You will participate in cross-functional meetings to discuss operational challenges and propose solutions that enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
