Box is seeking a Senior Sales Enablement Manager to ensure customer-facing roles have the knowledge and resources needed for success. This role focuses on onboarding and ongoing training for the Global Go to Market team. Competitive compensation includes a salary range of $132,000—$165,000.
You have a proven track record in sales enablement, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Your expertise lies in developing training programs that empower sales teams to excel in their customer interactions. You understand the importance of onboarding and continuous education in driving sales success. You are skilled in creating engaging content and resources that facilitate learning and retention. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with company goals. You are data-driven, using metrics to assess the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of sales enablement strategies that enhance the performance of the Global Go to Market team. You will design and implement comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to succeed from day one. You will collaborate with product and marketing teams to create training materials that reflect the latest product features and market trends.
