Lattice is seeking a Senior Procurement Analyst to lead complex procurement initiatives and manage supplier relationships. This role requires familiarity with the SaaS industry and strong negotiation skills.
You have a strong background in procurement, ideally with experience in the SaaS industry. You thrive in environments where you can take ownership of the contracting process from start to finish, ensuring that all deals align with company requirements. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders is key to your success in this role. You are detail-oriented and have a passion for learning, always looking to expand your knowledge in procurement and related fields.
In this role, you will own and lead complex procurement initiatives end-to-end, which includes intake, scoping, commercial strategy, negotiation, and execution through signature. You will work closely with cross-functional leaders and stakeholders from various departments such as FP&A, Finance, IT, Security, Compliance, Privacy, and Legal. Your goal is to ensure that the outcomes of deals meet or exceed Lattice's requirements. You will manage a portfolio of SaaS and services deals, providing ongoing consultation to internal teams throughout the deal lifecycle. In your first 90 days, you will learn about Lattice's platform and culture, becoming a subject matter expert on the current state of our procurement and contracting process. Within 6-12 months, you will be a trusted member of the Lattice procurement team, sharing best practices and contributing to the team's overall success.
