What you'll do

As a Forecasting Intern at AccuWeather, you will play an active role in producing weather forecasts that help consumers make informed decisions. You will collaborate with forecasters to enhance and refine AccuWeather's forecast database, participating in daily discussions to contribute to the consensus forecasting process. You will prepare various client-specific products and forms, developing graphics that visually communicate the weather story across the United States and globally. Throughout the internship, you will have the opportunity to analyze past impactful weather events and evaluate AccuWeather's forecasting tools and processes. This hands-on experience will allow you to learn from expert meteorologists across various departments, gaining insights into the forecasting industry and developing your skills in a real-world setting.

What we offer

AccuWeather offers a paid internship that spans approximately 10 weeks from late May 2026 to early/mid-August 2026, requiring a commitment of approximately 40 hours per week.
