Amazon is hiring a Systems Development Engineer to support the development and management of AWS services. You'll work with automation and operations in Sydney. This role requires a strong background in cloud infrastructure.
You have a solid background in systems development and engineering, with experience in automation and operations. You are familiar with AWS services and have a keen interest in solving complex distributed systems challenges. Your ability to adapt and improve operations management systems will be crucial in this role. You are also capable of obtaining an Australian Government Security Vetting Agency clearance, which is essential for this position.
You thrive in environments where you can support the refinement of system requirements and participate in the development of operability-related features. Your experience includes developing application and system management tools that enhance efficiency and reduce manual efforts. You understand the importance of system health monitoring, diagnostics, and repair, and you are eager to contribute to self-healing automation processes.
