Fivetran is seeking a Global Head of Deal Desk to lead the evolution of their Deal Desk function in a high-growth SaaS environment. This role requires strategic leadership and collaboration with various teams to ensure efficient deal execution.
You are a highly experienced and strategic leader with a proven track record in scaling Deal Desk functions within a global, complex, high-growth SaaS environment. You excel at leading teams through change and have a deep understanding of the frameworks, processes, and governance necessary for predictable and commercially sound deal execution. Your ability to navigate between long-term strategy and hands-on problem solving makes you an ideal candidate for this role. You have experience collaborating with Sales, Finance, Legal, Product, Systems, and Partner Marketplace teams, ensuring alignment on deal structure and commercial policy. You are comfortable working in a hybrid environment, balancing remote flexibility with in-person collaboration.
As the Global Head of Deal Desk, you will develop and execute the global strategy for the Deal Desk function, ensuring that it supports the rapid scaling of Fivetran's business.
