GitLab is seeking an Ecosystem Sales Manager for the MEA region to drive partner engagement and customer success. You'll leverage your expertise in sales and ecosystem management to support GitLab's growth in the region. This role requires strong collaboration skills and experience in sales management.
You have a proven track record in sales management, particularly in the technology sector, with a focus on building and nurturing partner ecosystems. Your experience spans at least 5 years, during which you've developed strong relationships with partners and customers alike, driving mutual success. You understand the complexities of customer requirements and can effectively communicate how GitLab's solutions can meet those needs. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams is essential, as you will work closely with engineering, product, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and support for partners.
Experience in the DevSecOps space or familiarity with AI-powered platforms is a plus. You are comfortable using data to inform your decisions and can analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for growth. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to present ideas clearly and persuasively to both internal stakeholders and external partners.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand GitLab's partner ecosystem in the MEA region. You will identify potential partners, engage with them to understand their capabilities, and work collaboratively to create joint value propositions. Your role will involve regular communication with partners to ensure they are equipped to support GitLab's customers effectively. You will also track and report on partner performance, providing insights to the leadership team on opportunities for improvement and growth.
You will lead initiatives to enhance partner training and enablement, ensuring that partners have the resources they need to succeed. Additionally, you will participate in industry events and conferences to represent GitLab and build relationships with potential partners.
