Your responsibilities will include architecting data lake solutions that facilitate efficient data storage and retrieval, allowing for real-time analytics.
You will be tasked with implementing best practices for data quality and governance, ensuring that our data is reliable and accessible for decision-making. Collaborating with data scientists, you will help define the data requirements for AI initiatives, enabling us to enhance our customer engagement strategies.
As a Senior Data Engineer, you will mentor junior team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow in their roles. You will also participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall improvement of our engineering practices.
At Hatch, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of AI-driven customer service.
