We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the end-to-end process of coordinating, planning, procuring, and delivering test racks to our contract manufacturers. This role is critical in ensuring timely and efficient setup of testing capabilities at our partner facilities, directly impacting product quality and production timelines.
Key job responsibilities
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans for test rack delivery to contract manufacturers
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, logistics, and contract manufacturers
- Oversee the procurement process for test rack components, ensuring adherence to specifications
- Manage relationships with suppliers and contract manufacturers to ensure timely delivery and installation
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks proactively
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout the process
- Facilitate effective communication between all stakeholders, including regular status updates
- Continuously improve processes for efficiency and scalability- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
- PMP or similar project management certification

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
