Overview

Contentsquare is hiring a Revenue Operations Manager, SDR Insights to enhance the data and operational foundation of their global SDR organization. You'll work closely with leadership to ensure accurate performance data and drive pipeline growth.

Who you are

You have a strong analytical mindset and enjoy building structure from ambiguity — your experience in revenue operations or a similar field has equipped you with the skills to connect numbers to narrative effectively. You thrive in environments where data drives decision-making, and you have a knack for translating complex operational data into actionable insights that help leaders make smarter choices. You are detail-oriented and understand the importance of accurate reporting in driving business goals. Your collaborative spirit allows you to work closely with various teams, including SDR Leadership, Finance, and RevOps, to ensure alignment and efficiency in operations. You are excited about the opportunity to contribute to a global leader in experience analytics and help shape the future of the SDR organization.

Desirable

Experience with go-to-market (GTM) tooling administration is a plus, as you may support maintaining workflows and systems that enhance SDR efficiency. Familiarity with performance forecasting and success measurement will also be beneficial in this role.

What you'll do

In this hands-on role, you will strengthen the data, reporting, and operational foundation of the global SDR organization. You will report to the Growth Operations Director and collaborate closely with SDR Leadership to ensure that performance data is not only accurate but also actionable. Your primary responsibility will be to define how success is measured and to forecast performance effectively. You will translate operational data into insights that drive predictable pipeline growth, helping the organization to scale effectively. As part of your role, you will also assist with light GTM tooling administration, ensuring that the workflows and systems in place support SDR efficiency and effectiveness. You will play a crucial role in helping leaders make informed decisions based on data, ultimately contributing to the overall success of Contentsquare.
