What you'll do

In this role, you will take ownership of the design process for Axon's products, from ideation to implementation. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define design requirements and create solutions that enhance user engagement. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research to gather insights, creating wireframes and prototypes, and iterating on designs based on user feedback. You will also participate in design reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and contributing to the overall design strategy of the team.
