You possess excellent communication skills and are comfortable with both outbound cold calling and handling inbound opportunities. As a Sales Development Representative at Huntress, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's growth by identifying potential net-new accounts and engaging with already qualified accounts. You will be responsible for converting these leads into meetings for the Account Executive sales team. Your day-to-day activities will include making outbound cold calls to prospective clients, responding to inbound inquiries, and effectively communicating the value of Huntress's cybersecurity products. You will also be tasked with promptly answering any questions that arise during the sales process, ensuring a smooth and informative experience for potential clients.
You will collaborate closely with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates. Your insights and feedback will be valuable in shaping the sales approach and enhancing the overall effectiveness of the team. You will also have the opportunity to participate in training sessions and professional development activities to enhance your sales skills and knowledge of the cybersecurity landscape.
Huntress offers a fully remote work environment, allowing you to work from anywhere in the United States. The compensation for this role includes a base salary of $55,000 with on-target earnings of $70,000, plus equity options.
