E2Open is seeking a Trade Specialist fluent in Spanish or French to manage trade content and compliance regulations. You'll analyze regulatory information and interact with government officials. This role requires 2-5 years of experience in international trade.

Job Description

Who you are

You have 2-5 years of experience in international trade, demonstrating a solid understanding of trade and customs compliance regulations. Your proficiency in French at a minimum B2 level, along with any additional EU language skills, is a valuable asset. You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to interact effectively with various stakeholders. Your knowledge and interest in international trade regulations, policies, and customs compliance make you a strong candidate for this role.

What you'll do

As a Trade Specialist at E2Open, you will master our Global Knowledge® update process for Trade Content, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date. You will monitor and stay informed about trade and customs compliance regulations across various countries, analyzing and updating regulatory information in our proprietary software. Your role will involve interacting with government officials and a network of trade professionals to gather essential trade and customs-related information. You will work closely with Team Leaders and Managers to meet or exceed customer expectations regarding the timeliness, quality, and completeness of assigned projects, adhering to our quality management standards set forth by our ISO 9001:2015 certification. Additionally, you will carry out other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management, contributing to the overall success of the team.
