Auto Airbrush Technician

Who you are

You have at least 1 year of professional automotive painting experience and are skilled in color-matching and mixing paint. As an Airbrush Technician, you are detail-oriented and take pride in delivering high-quality work on vehicles. You are a team player who is committed to providing an exceptional customer experience and are willing to work mandatory overtime when needed. You possess a valid driver’s license and can read, write, speak, and understand English.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for airbrushing vehicles to meet Carvana's high standards. You will work with state-of-the-art tools in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, ensuring that each vehicle is painted to perfection. You will collaborate with other technicians and team members to maintain a smooth workflow and meet customer expectations. As part of your responsibilities, you will also participate in training programs to enhance your skills and advance your career within the company.
