Dropbox is seeking a Lead Technical Account Manager to manage and grow a team of Solutions Consultants in the EMEA region. You'll leverage your technical expertise in API integrations, AI technologies, and enterprise security to drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership skills and experience in a global organization.
You have a proven track record of managing technical teams and driving strategic initiatives in a global organization — your experience includes coaching and mentoring Solutions Consultants to achieve their targets while fostering a collaborative environment. You possess deep technical expertise in API integrations, AI technologies, and enterprise security, enabling you to act as a trusted advisor to both your team and customers. Your ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Customer Success, ensures that customer needs are prioritized and addressed promptly.
You are fluent in English and ideally have proficiency in another European language, which enhances your ability to engage with diverse clients across the EMEA region. Your educational background includes a Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, providing you with a solid foundation in technical concepts and problem-solving skills. You thrive in dynamic environments and are comfortable navigating the challenges of a startup culture, where adaptability and innovation are key.
Experience with tools such as Okta, Symantec, Darktrace, Snowflake, Glean, AWS, Atlassian, and Slack is advantageous, as these technologies are integral to the solutions you will be managing. Your familiarity with these platforms will enable you to introduce and support the adoption of new product offerings effectively.
As the Solutions Manager for the EMEA region, you will be responsible for managing and scaling a world-class technical team — your leadership will be crucial in executing the regional strategy in collaboration with Sales and Customer Success teams. You will work closely with the global Solutions organization to align on objectives and ensure that your team is equipped to provide exceptional technical support throughout the customer journey.
You will act as a subject matter expert on Dropbox products, leveraging your technical knowledge to guide your team and assist customers in understanding the value of our solutions. Your role will involve driving operational efficiency across the region, ensuring that all sales engagements receive the necessary technical support to succeed. You will represent customer feedback and market needs back to Product and global leadership, influencing the roadmap and ensuring that our offerings meet the evolving demands of the market.
In addition to managing your team, you will participate in developing strategies for customer engagement and satisfaction, focusing on the adoption of AI and security solutions. Your ability to channel escalations and feedback from the market will be vital in refining our approach and enhancing our product offerings.
