Slice is hiring a Territory Manager in Miami to help independent pizzerias thrive by building strong relationships and driving profitability. This role focuses on acquiring new partners and expanding existing relationships within the local community.
You are someone who loves pizza and technology, and you have a passion for helping entrepreneurs in your local community. As a Territory Manager, you thrive on building strong, long-term relationships with shop owners, understanding their needs, and helping them maximize the benefits of Slice’s Family Membership. You have experience in outside sales and are comfortable with a full-cycle sales approach, from prospecting to closing deals. You are adaptable and can tailor your approach based on the unique needs of each pizzeria, ensuring they receive the right solutions at the right time.
You are driven by results and have a track record of helping businesses grow. You understand the importance of community and are committed to supporting local pizzerias in becoming more profitable. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively convey the value of Slice’s offerings to potential partners. You are proactive in seeking out new opportunities and are not afraid to step outside your comfort zone to achieve your goals.
Experience in the food service industry or a background in sales would be beneficial, but your passion for pizza and helping others is what truly matters. You are open to learning and growing within the role, and you embrace the challenges that come with building a territory from the ground up.
As a Territory Manager at Slice, you will be the face of the company in your local area, responsible for acquiring new pizzerias and expanding relationships with existing partners. Your ultimate goal is to help every shop maximize the benefits of Slice’s Family Membership, which includes an integrated technology stack, online ordering, and marketing services. You will engage with shop owners to understand their most pressing needs and introduce them to the right solutions at the right time.
You will conduct outreach to potential partners, presenting the value of Slice’s offerings and how they can help pizzerias thrive. Building strong relationships will be key to your success, as you will need to establish trust and credibility with shop owners. You will also work closely with the Slice team to ensure that the needs of your partners are met and that they are receiving the support they need to grow their businesses.
In addition to acquiring new partners, you will be responsible for maintaining and nurturing existing relationships. This will involve regular check-ins, providing updates on new features and services, and ensuring that shop owners are fully utilizing the benefits of their membership. You will track your progress and report on key metrics to demonstrate the impact of your efforts on the growth of local pizzerias.
