Overview

Upgrade is seeking a Partner Success Manager to drive partner integration and support their growth. You'll collaborate with technical teams and ensure alignment with Flex Pay. This role requires strong communication and project management skills.

Who you are

You have experience in partner management or customer success, ideally within the fintech industry. You understand the importance of building strong relationships and have a knack for navigating complex integrations. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively liaise between technical teams and partners. You are detail-oriented and can prioritize tasks to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation processes. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. You are proactive in identifying challenges and finding solutions that benefit both the company and its partners.

What you'll do

As a Partner Success Manager at Upgrade, you will be responsible for managing the partner integration pipeline from onboarding through implementation and growth stages. You will work closely with the partner integration team to gather and prioritize requirements necessary for development. Your role will involve collaborating with partners' technical teams to facilitate the integration of Flex Pay into their sales channels. You will also partner with the Account team to ensure alignment between our partners and Flex Pay, driving mutual success. Your ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously will be crucial as you navigate the complexities of partner relationships and integrations. You will track progress, address any issues that arise, and ensure that partners are satisfied with the integration process. Your insights will help shape future product offerings and improve the overall partner experience.
