Desirable

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for building and polishing features in Earnin's flagship Android app. You will collaborate closely with your teammates across engineering, product, and design to ship high-quality, user-centered experiences. Your work will directly impact how customers interact with Earnin's services, providing them with the financial flexibility they need. You will contribute to the health of the mobile codebase, ensuring that it is scalable and maintainable as the app grows.

You will participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to your peers and helping to maintain high coding standards within the team. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and debugging issues that arise, ensuring that the app remains reliable and performs well under various conditions. Your contributions will help shape the next chapter of Earnin's growth journey, as you work to enhance the app's functionality and user experience.

Earnin provides a hybrid work environment, allowing you to work from our Vancouver office while also offering flexibility for remote work. We offer competitive salaries, with the Canada-based salary range for this role being $150,000 to $207,570, plus equity and benefits.
