You are an experienced software engineer with a strong background in delivering meaningful work independently. You exercise strong technical judgment and consistently raise the quality and effectiveness of your team. You have experience in hypothesis-driven product development, focusing on user acquisition, activation, and monetization. You thrive in collaborative environments, partnering closely with product, design, data, and marketing teams to ship measurable improvements based on real user behavior. You are passionate about turning insights into impact and enjoy working across the stack.
Experience with A/B testing and analytics tools is a plus, as is familiarity with cloud platforms and modern web technologies. You are comfortable with agile methodologies and have a keen interest in growth strategies.
