What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and installing equipment in the data center, ensuring that all processes are followed meticulously. You will perform diagnostics and troubleshooting on various hardware components, gaining hands-on experience that will enhance your technical expertise. Under the guidance of more experienced technicians, you will learn how to replace and decommission equipment as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency of the data center operations.

You will familiarize yourself with Microsoft’s Cloud Operations & Innovation (CO+I) processes, understanding how they power services like Azure, Office 365, and more. Your role will involve collaborating with team members to maintain the infrastructure that supports these critical services.
