You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable with SQL and data analysis tools. You have a proven track record of developing and managing APIs and data pipelines that facilitate seamless data flow and integration across platforms.
Your experience includes a solid understanding of data governance principles and practices, ensuring that data products are compliant, secure, and reliable. You are adept at using machine learning techniques to derive insights and improve product offerings.

In this role, you will lead the development of data products that support MongoDB's internal teams, focusing on delivering insights that drive smarter decision-making. You will work closely with engineering and data architecture teams to build and enhance data pipelines, datasets, and dashboards that meet the needs of various business units.
You will be responsible for defining the vision and strategy for internal data products, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and user needs. This includes conducting user research to understand how teams interact with data and identifying opportunities for improvement.
You will drive product adoption by developing tools and systems that provide insights into user engagement and product performance. Your role will involve analyzing telemetry data to understand usage patterns and inform product enhancements.
Collaboration is key in this position, as you will partner with stakeholders across Product & Technology, Finance, and HR to ensure that data products are effectively integrated into their workflows. You will also be involved in sprint planning and prioritization, ensuring that the team is focused on delivering high-impact features.
MongoDB offers a competitive salary range for this role, with a base salary between $136,000 and $266,000 USD.
