As a Representative in Member Success at SPINS, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that assigned retailers, distributors, and brand/manufacturer members receive exceptional value throughout their relationship with SPINS IX‑ONE. You will be responsible for retention and renewal execution, ensuring that clients are satisfied and engaged with the services provided. Your role will involve onboarding new members, guiding them through the initial stages of their partnership, and ensuring they understand how to leverage SPINS' data capture, management, enrichment, and content delivery ecosystem effectively. You will also focus on lifecycle management, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the client experience and deepen partnerships. By developing strong relationships with clients, you will help them achieve their goals and maximize the value they receive from SPINS' offerings.
