The opportunity: 

As an intern in the Talent Acquisition Operational Excellence Team, you will support transformative projects that redefine talent acquisition by collaborating with world-class, data-driven teams that embrace technology. Our projects aim to not only streamline operational processes but also elevate the quality of our hires, making a lasting impact on Agoda’s future.

In this role, you'll get to: 

- Provide project management support for specific transformative projects.

- Build relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration across teams.

- Analyze data to ensure that process outputs are achieved and to identify key issues and risks.

- Strengthen the internal knowledge database with proper documentation, process mapping, and best practices.

What you'll need to succeed:

• Currently enrolled as a 3rd-year student or below and will maintain student status throughout the internship period.
• Available to participate in the internship program from 22nd of May to 31st July 2026 (10-week program)
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365
• Great English communication skills in both spoken and written forms
• Structured logical thinking and problem-solving skills. Strong numerical acumen
• Positive attitude and openness to learn and adapt
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, multicultural environment

It's great if you have: 

• Bachelor’s degree in business and management (Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Accounting, and others)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel: Formulas and functions
