What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for creating weekly production documents for receiving, staging, production, and shipping. You will ensure that production plans are executed and that any issues are communicated and tracked. Your focus will be on driving customer experience by maintaining low error rates on ingredient quality and ensuring timely shipments. You will collaborate with the Operations team to build and implement cost-effective production techniques. Monitoring the production plan, start-times, and daily activities will be part of your daily responsibilities. You will also conduct daily 5S processes to maintain organization and cleanliness in the production facility. Your role will involve reviewing customer error calls related to production to measure and track quality, accuracy, and pick metrics, identifying trends to improve performance.
