You have experience in banking operations, service delivery, or a related function with exposure to governance, risk, and readiness. Your strong organizational and project management skills enable you to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. A professional banking education or background is preferred, and you are committed to fostering collaboration and synergies across teams.
You understand the importance of monitoring adherence to processes, regulatory requirements, and risk controls. Your ability to analyze incidents and implement effective workarounds demonstrates your proactive approach to managing risks. You are passionate about improving the quality of services delivered to customers and are skilled at carrying the voice of the customer in your initiatives.
Experience with key metrics and OKRs that shape operational success is a plus.
